We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photography, and details for all jewellery.
However:

  • Natural gemstones may vary in colour, inclusions, and cut.

  • Handcrafted items may show slight artisanal differences.

  • Measurements and carat weights are approximate.

  • Availability is not guaranteed; items may sell out at any time.

  • We may update product details, pricing, or availability without notice.

These variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing, Payment & Billing Accuracy

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
International currency conversions are approximate and may differ from your bank’s exchange rate.

You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Incorrect or unverifiable billing information

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Unavailable stock

  • We do not guarantee pricing on out of stock items until the order is received and confirmed with our factory.  The high rise in gold may determine the new cost of any out of stock item. 

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

Taxes and duties are handled according to the destination country’s regulations.
For US clients, we ship DDP wherever possible, meaning duties and required state taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Terms

By placing an order, you agree to our separate Shipping Policy, which outlines:

  • Delivery timelines

  • Carriers used

  • Insured shipping

  • DDP/DAP for international shipments

  • Customs duties, taxes, and responsibilities

Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Bespoke items, special orders, and altered items are final sale unless faulty

  • Duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may not be refundable

7. Custom & Bespoke Work

Custom-made pieces, bespoke commissions, special orders, and items altered at your request are final sale.
Deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to maintain accurate, current information on our website.
However, we are not responsible for:

  • Typos or inaccuracies

  • Information displayed by error

  • Outdated product details

  • Third-party misprints, social media inaccuracies, or cached pages

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
