Russo Fine Jewels is a London-based boutique offering fine jewellery crafted in 18k and 14k gold, platinum, natural gemstones, diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds upon request.
All purchases made through our website or in-store are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated periodically.

2. Orders

Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to unavailable stock, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless already dispatched or unless production has begun on a custom piece.
Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise noted. Currency conversions for international customers are approximate and determined by your bank or payment provider.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Taxes & Duties

  • UK orders include VAT where applicable.

  • International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • For US customers, we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever possible so that duties and state taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch & Packaging

All jewellery is shipped from our Kensington boutique. Each order is fully insured, beautifully packaged, and tracked.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows will appear at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

DDP & DAP Shipping

We aim to ship to the US using DDP, ensuring duties and taxes are handled at checkout.
If DDP is unavailable for your address, your order will ship DAP (Delivered At Place), and duties/taxes may be collected by the carrier on arrival.

Shipping Responsibility

Once delivered to the address provided, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility.
If an address is incorrect or a parcel is returned due to customer error, additional fees may apply.
