Shipping policy

We ship within the United Kingdom and to the United States with care and ease from our boutique in Kensington, London.

There is no charge on shipments within the UK unless otherwise specified by us prior to shipping.

All orders are fully insured, beautifully packaged, and sent via trusted international carriers.

US Orders – Taxes, Duties & Shipping

Russo Fine Jewels ships directly from our London boutique. All US orders are subject to US import duties and local sales tax & tarrifs, as determined by US law.

We do our best to calculate all extra fees accurately but due to the regularly changing US tax changes we can not guarantee the exact fee at point of sale.  Please contact us via email at info@russojewels.com to so we can help determine the exact fees due on your shipment. 

Import Duties & Tariffs

Fine jewellery imported into the United States typically falls under HS 7113. Current regulations apply a standard customs duty plus a 10% “reciprocal” tariff on UK-origin goods.
In most cases, this results in a combined duty in the mid-teens, though the exact amount is assessed by US Customs.

Sales Tax

Sales tax in the United States varies by state—and in some cases, by city or county.
Where required under US “economic nexus” rules, Russo Fine Jewels will collect the applicable tax at checkout.
In locations where collection is not required, the carrier may request sales or use tax before or after delivery.
